Client must prepare the trade mark or logo image file in AI or CDR format, If the client is not able to provide AI or CDR format image file, we will charge for image conversion. The charge will depend on the complexity of the logo design. The general charge is from HK$ 200. It the client needs design services, we will charge for design service. |

Due to screen printing technologies, the logo should be as simple as possible |

Duo to screen printing and fabric materials, the size of text and image size should not bee less than 5mm and area not more than 15cmx15cm |

The charge for each pigment color is HK$ 0.1. The spot color (gold, silver and light color, etc.) is $0.8 as additional charge |

The max. color per side is 2. The extra charge is HK$ 0.6 for an additional color |

If the images are different on the front and back, the additional charge is HK$ 200. |

Order Process

Customer please visits our website to select the green bag style, size and color of cloth, and take into account the product's price
|

If your bag order is not standard models, you can refer the price on the website |

For logo image conversion to AI or CDR file format, please send it by e-mail to info@greenbag.com.hk or fax to (852)
3579 0628. We will respond within four hours and quote the price (we will respond at next working day if it is Saturdays afternoon or public holiday) |

If the client needs a sample before order confirmation, we will charge HK$ 500. The sample production will take 3 – 4 working days. The charge will be refunded after order confirmation. If the client requests to re-produce the sample, HK$ 250 will be charged. |

After confirm the sample and order, we will start the production. The order with less than 5000 pcs will take about 14 working days |

We will only provide one proof. If you require more, we will charge HK$ 200 per proof |

We will deliver one order to one place. If you need to deliver more than one palce, the additional transportation fee will be charged |
Payment Method
| Order with HKD 10000 or less, the deposit is 50% of total |
| Order with HKD 10000 to HKD 29999, the deposit is 40% of total |
| Order with HKD 30000 or above, the deposit is 30% of total |
| If the customer pay by deposit into the bank, please fax the bank note to (852) 3579 0628 |
| The customer can also pay us by walk-in. |
